Benjamin E. Olive is the managing partner and founder of Olive & Associates, P.A. Mr. Olive is a business lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, real estate and securities related litigation.
In 2011, Benjamin E. Olive was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor limited to the top two and one half percent (2.5%) of attorneys in the state of Florida. Mr. Olive has also been recognized as one of Florida’s “Top Lawyers” by the South Florida Legal Guide.
In addition to Mr. Olive’s passion for advocacy, he understands the value of serving the South Florida community, and is active in community affairs, including serving as co-chairman of the 2011 South Florida Walk to Defeat ALS, a non-profit organization devoted to research and assistance for those afflicted with Lou Gehrig’s disease.
