Benjamin E. Olive, Esq.
Benjamin E. Olive is the managing partner and founder of Olive & Associates, P.A. Mr. Olive has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine, which profiles the top two and one half percent (2.5%) of attorneys in the state of Florida, as well as the South Florida Legal Guide.
Mr. Olive is a business lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, real estate & securities related litigation.
In addition to Mr. Olive’s role as managing partner of Olive & Associates, P.A., he is active in community affairs. He currently serves as the co-chairman of the South Florida Walk to Defeat ALS, a non-profit organization devoted to research and assistance for those afflicted with Lou Gehrig’s disease.
